We trust that all is well and that everybody has fully  recovered from Epic France.  Hard to believe that that trip was only a month ago—TRULY EPIC!

Well good people you know that the adventure never stops with EPIC LIFE and we are always ready for a good time.

So this summer July 15-19, 2020 we are going to completely take over the REO WHITE WATER RAFTING RESORT, 3 hours north east of Vancouver, British Columbia in the Fraser Mountain outback along the emerald-green Nahatlatch River. We have booked the ENTIRE resort.  Nobody will be on the property but us and the REO Staff.  This will be our First Annual Epic Life Summer Wellness Retreat and it’s going to be a mind, body, and soul adventure for the ages. 

This will be an all-inclusive Glamping trip where we venture into the outdoors in luxury. Who says that you have to rough it in the wilderness to have fun?  Not us:) 

So pack a bag, meet us in Vancouver and we will take care of all of the rest. 

Here is what is included in this trip: 

REO RAFTING RESORT

• 4 nights 5 days in large river’s edge Glamping tents with real beds and linens.  Detached hot showers and bathrooms to accommodate large groups. 4-share, 3-share, 2-share options.

• 11 delicious meals (meat, fish, Vegan, Vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free options available)

• Daily beverage service: coffee, herbal tea, milk, almond milk, juice, hot chocolate

• Daily snacks and desserts

• Choice of TWO MAJOR ADVENTURES. Five options include the following: 1.) White Water Rafting  (Class 3-4), 2.) Scenic Rafting  (class 1-2, easy), 3.) Lake Kayaking  or Paddle Boarding, 4.) Wilderness Hike to the Mehatl Cascades, 5.) 1 Hour Full Body Massage with an REO Massage Therapist.

• Guided 1-hour Canyon Hike

• Up to 4 yoga and wellness sessions (Vinyasana, Hatha, Yin and more) each day on the 3 river’s edge yoga stages

• Daily social hour with wine, craft BC beer, cider, and appetizers (4 nights)

• Nightly campfires starting at 9 pm

• Hot tub from 1-11 pm daily

• Dark sky star gazing, nightly at 10 pm with high powered lunar Telescopes. 

• Beach Volleyball Games in the sand pit. 

• Full use of resort amenities

• Round Trip Bus Transfers From Vancouver (YVR) Airport to REO RESORT

• Epic Life Gift Bag (Includes T-Shirt and Goodies) 

• Staff gratuities are included in this package, but if you have an EPIC time, your additional generosity will be more than appreciated by the REO staff. 

• Daily Music Vibes with a guest DJ/Sound Selector

We have a very limited number of Glamping tents—26!!!  This trip will max out at about 100 people. As usual this will be first come, first served. We encourage everyone to crew up and hop on this opportunity as soon as possible.  The Glamping tents are very large and spacious so remember that sharing is caring and the fun is all in the community that we make.

Please indicate your roommate(s) and be sure that ALL CLAIMED ROOMMATES have sent in their deposits. No spaces will be reserved without payment.  

Airline and Transfers Logistics:

You will need to purchase your own airline ticket and arrive in Vancouver by no later than 12 noon on July 15th.  The earlier you arrive the better:) Our bus will promptly leave Vancouver Airport (YVR) by 1pm to insure that we arrive at REO by 4pm check in.  It’s a 3 hour ride from Vancouver Airport proper. If you miss the bus you will have to rent your own transportation and drive at your own discretion.  REO is deep in the backcountry and way off the beaten path. So please keep that in mind if you plan to use your own transportation.  

On July 19 we will have two departures at 6:30 am and 9:00 am. Buses will arrive at YVR at 9:30 and 12:00 noon. Return flights should be booked to depart after 11:30am and 2:00pm respectively. PLEASE KEEP THESE TIMES IN MIND WHEN BOOKING RETURN FLIGHTS. 

*Disclaimer

Because we are booking the entire resort, your deposit is non-refundable. REO is turning away business on our dates so your deposit covers their lost booking requests in the event that our trip is canceled due to circumstances that are out of our  control. 

In light of the recent Coronavirus, it is possible that this trip gets canceled if things prove to be unsafe for travel on July 15-19, 2020.  In the event of cancellation you will be refunded your payments minus the $250 deposit. We encourage everyone to purchase personal trip insurance to insure that you are covered in the event of a cancellation.  PLEASE PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE to protect your travel expenses and your health!!!!!!!!
